Yo everybody, i recently began running a cycle of standalone osta shred by hard rock supps. Ill be running this supp at the recommended dose of 2 pills a day, one in the morning when i wake up and one 7 hours later. Ill be bulking with this for personal research purposes to see if osta really is good alternative for other *cough cough* supps with less than desirable sides.
STATS:
weight 158 ( just been on a cut was a blown up 170)
arms- about 15 1/2 inches
chest- about 37 1/2

End of week 1:
Weight- 159
Arms- same
chest- same
effects observed- whether placebo or not i have noticed a decent sense of well being , also my endurance or rather the time before i start to "deflate" and look flat in the gym has increased overall, and my pump is up but this could just be due to more focus on myself, vascularity is clearly up nothing crazy yet. a tad more aggression.
End of week 2:
weight- 161
arms- just under 16 inch
chest- just under 40 inch
effects observed- pumps up tremendously, weight is up a tad , definitely either cutting fat or my muscles are bigger because i can clearly see my abs are more defined, also i have separation in my bicep and and lower delt, which is a cut i havent had before, vascularity has stabilized, aggression is way up in the gym i find myself walking around like a caged lion feel like one as well. endurance is well up mi easily pushing out 4 sets and more workouts.
BTW i apologize for not having my weight increases for each workout but unfortunately the dumbells in my gym only go to 50 and the cable systems arent heavy at all and i swithc up my workouts every week to keep muscle confusion up but i can definitively say i can lift more weight if attempted but keeping my weight moderate and increasing reps to try a different approach to bulking than i have before.
End of week 3:
Weight: maintained 160-161
All stats are the same
Effects observed-
pumps are still up nothing crazy, vascularity is normal again nothing to report, the only real thing i can report that ive noticed is endurance is way up in the gym i feel like i can go for hours, along with my leg strength is up about 10-15 lbs on leg curls and extensions.

Weight is still maintained

End results (week 7)
i decided to end this cycle a week early do to i felt personally the supplement was redlining and i didnt want to take the chance of seeing any sides that have been reported in the end so im starting my PCT which is vital labs 3x pct, so to be honest this was nothing compared to my experience with PROS and that was to be expected. This is a SARM and you trade the potential sides for the strength of the supplement. However i did experience the reported leaning out so to speak, i definitely have seen a reduction in midsection body fat, in the end i stayed at 161-163 but ive gained in all areas , i peaked my personal record on EZ curl by a tremendous 15-20lbs, as with other concentration exercises however my compound workouts didnt see much improvement. the reported sense of well being died off 2-3 weeks in but thats what the pre work out is for, for me.
My conclusion on this supp is exactly what its reported for , leaning out and maintaining your size and gains, i attempted to bulk on this as an experiment, to no avail. But this supp was definitely effective for what it says it does. no sides reported but like i said i quit at about week 7.
